The 2019 Rose of Tempranillo was our first vintage of Tempranillo to be made into a dry Rose-style wine. The grapes were picked early with lower brix and bright acidity, and then gently pressed with only 4 hours of skin contact to extract the right amount of color. The wine was fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve the fruit and maintain a clean, refreshing palate. The resulting wine is crisp and light, with a gentle aroma of vanilla and pineapple, and flavors of mango and pie cherry.
