Our Ruah is our premiere red blend featuring primarily Merlot, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, along with smaller portions of traditional bordeaux vareitals (Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Carmenere, and Petit Verdot). The blend is composed of several lots fermented in a variation of stainless steel tanks and open top bins, and aged for approximately 17-18 months. Some French oak is introduced in the aging process to complement the fruit flavors and provide additional complexity. The resulting wine is rich and complex with dark fruit flavors and hints of vanilla, lavender, and cocoa.
