The 2017 Cabernet Franc was picked late in October and fermented in open top bins with 8 days of skin contact. Our Cabernet Franc tends to be quite robust, so extra care was taken to gently extract tannins and color during the fermentation process. After fermentation, the wine was aged for 19 months in barrel, with some French oak to complement the fruit flavors. This wine has a nice silky structure, and exhibits notes of raspberry, blueberry, plum, and spice with a subtle herbal note.

The Heritage Series Cabernet Sauvignon is a small lot production that sources its fruit from the blocks in the vineyard that produce the most concentrated fruit. This wine utilized open top fermentation with twice daily punch downs to carefully extract the desirable amount of tannin, color, and flavors from the skins. After fermentation, the wine spent 14-15 months aging in a barrel with some French oak to complement that dark fruit flavor. The resulting wine is rich and complex with aromas of dark cherry, currant, and vanilla bean. The palate is full of fruit with robust tannins and a moderate acidity.

Petit Verdot, known for its rich color and robust tannins, is one of the classic Bordeaux varietals. This Petit Verdot, however, is made to stand on its own to showcase the rich and bold flavor of the varietal. The grapes were fermented in open top bins with twice daily punch downs, with 10 days of skin contact, and then aged for 17 months in barrel utilizing some French oak to complement the wine. This is a bold wine with robust tannins and notes of plum, blackberry, lilac, and mocha.

The 2019 Rose of Tempranillo was our first vintage of Tempranillo to be made into a dry Rose-style wine. The grapes were picked early with lower brix and bright acidity, and then gently pressed with only 4 hours of skin contact to extract the right amount of color. The wine was fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve the fruit and maintain a clean, refreshing palate. The resulting wine is crisp and light, with a gentle aroma of vanilla and pineapple, and flavors of mango and pie cherry.

Our 2019 Sauvignon Blanc was hand-picked early September and gently pressed into a stainless steel tank. The wine was fermented cool to preserve the aromas and delicate fruit flavors. This Sauvignon Blanc is crisp and fresh with aromatic herbs and fruit flavors of peach, lemon, and pear.

The 2019 Viognier was hand-picked late September when it reached optimal ripeness. The grapes were gently pressed into stainless steel and fermented cool. This wine is crisp and refreshing, with some creaminess and spice on the palate. Notes of tangerine, mango, and honeysuckle are present.
