Guest Room Policies

Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable; however, last-minute cancellations are sometimes difficult for us to re-book as most Desert Wind guests submit reservation inquiries well in advance.

In order to receive a complete refund of your deposit, cancellation requests must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. at least 10 days prior to your stay. If a cancellation is necessary within the 10-day window prior to your planned arrival, we will immediately begin a diligent effort to rebook your room. If we are successful, your deposit will be promptly refunded. If we are unable to rebook your guest room, your deposit will not be refunded.

Additional information: All of our rooms are non-smoking, pet-free and located up one flight of stairs (no elevator access available). Our facility closes daily at 5:00 p.m.; guests are required to check-in between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. on their date of arrival. If arrival will be after 4:00 p.m., please call us at 509.786.7277 for self check-in procedures. There is no service staff onsite overnight. Children under 12 are not allowed for overnight stays in our guest rooms.
